I am Iuliana Balan Scheir the managing director of IB & Co Accounting and Bookkeeping. I have been in the finance and accounting business for over 17 years. I have seen the inside of more books and business finances than you could ever imagine! I bring my extensive experience to each account, offering fully customized bookkeeping and payroll to small and medium businesses in the greater San Diego area.

With Masters in both Economics and Accounting & Financial Management, I have been running my company for over 17 years. IB&Co, which I originally founded in 1996 in Bucharest, Romania has served a multitude of account types, providing accounting, payroll and tax services to over 80 commercial clients.

I am extremely passionate about my career in the accounting field. It is my love of numbers and natural flair for organizing that makes my work thoroughly enjoyable. I deal with each of IB & Co’s clients directly, sharing my proven track record for developing and implementing finance management systems.
